Green Laminated
Laminated glass is produced using two or more plies of glass with one or more plies of interlayer material—typically, a polybutyral (PVB). It is designed as a safety glazing solution and with a minimum .030” interlayer meets the ANSI Z97.1 and CPSC 16 CFR 1201 standard code requirements while also reducing solar energy, UV and sound transmitted. Our offering includes both standard stock sizes of laminated glass with PVB interlayer—and custom laminated glass configurations, including PVB and ionoplast for structural glazing.
GGI supplies laminated glass using all major interlayer types, including PVB, SentryGlas®ionoplast and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA). This allows specifiers to select the appropriate configuration based on performance requirements.
